1. Service Scope

OkapUrich provides legal consultation and advisory services in contract, corporate, employment, real estate, and tax law within Germany. Services are provided by qualified legal professionals and are subject to German law and professional regulations.

2. Engagement & Fees

Engagement with OkapUrich commences upon written confirmation. Fees are determined by service scope, complexity, and time invested. Invoices are due within 14 days of receipt. Travel and third-party costs are charged separately as agreed.

3. Client Obligations

Clients must provide complete, accurate information relevant to their matter. Delays in providing required documents or information may extend service timelines and increase costs.

4. Confidentiality & Privilege

All communications between client and OkapUrich are protected by attorney-client privilege and German legal professional secrecy requirements. We do not disclose client information without explicit written consent, except as required by law.

5. Limitation of Liability

OkapUrich's liability is limited to direct damages caused by gross negligence. We are not liable for consequential, indirect, or lost profits damages. Liability claims must be raised within 12 months of service delivery.

6. Data Protection & GDPR

Client data is processed in compliance with GDPR and German data protection law. Personal information is used solely for service delivery and professional administration. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate engagement with written notice. Upon termination, OkapUrich will provide outstanding work product. Fees for completed work remain due.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by German law. Disputes are resolved under German jurisdiction and applicable legal procedures.

9. Changes to Terms

OkapUrich reserves the right to modify these Terms with reasonable notice. Continued engagement constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
